Biking for Babies 2021
Biking for Babies is a national nonprofit that works with pregnancy resource centers nationwide. Our mission is to transform the culture by sharing life-saving stories from pregnancy resource centers, raising financial and spiritual support for these centers, and forming pro-life missionaries. Young adults participate in a six-day National Ride with starting points in Colorado, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Mississippi every year. All routes meet in St. Louis, forming a cross stretching throughout the nation, making for roughly 2,600 miles. In our 11 years, Biking for Babies has formed over 120 young people and raised almost $800,000 for 58 pregnancy resource centers nationwide.
We are always looking for young adults (18-39) to join our National Ride team, helping to save and change lives through the work of our partnered pregnancy resource centers. This year, the national ride will occur from July 11 to July 17. Riders will train for the National Ride, preparing their bodies and hearts to sacrifice for the sake of others, for the women and their families in unplanned and at-risk pregnancies. Support crew members serve the riders throughout the week of the ride by providing food, water, and much-needed cheering from the sidelines. Each member sets a personal goal for fundraising, and 100% of our public donations go to pregnancy resource centers.
Whether you are called to be a support crew member or a rider, our culture needs you and needs your joy to show the beauty of a life lived to the fullest.
We invite you to join us as we transform the culture into one that responds to crises with hope and love if you feel called to be a part of Biking for Babies, rider and support crew applications close February 28th and can be found at www.bikingforbabies.com.
